Orientering: NNØ-SSV.<br /> <br /> <br /> '''Kommentar'''<br /> <br /> I forbindelse med fredningen i 1930 blev der tæt ved dyssens vestside fundet skeletdele og en flintedolk mellem mindre sten. Der er sikkert tale om en såkaldt sekundær grav, dvs. en grav, som senere er lagt i yderkanten af den oprindelige dysse. <br /> <br /> Umiddelbart øst for langdyssen (sognebeskrivelse nr. 71) har der ligget endnu en dysse, som nu er fuldstændig sløjfet. Her har altså generelt været tale om et område med flere begravelser. Inden for en radius af en km har der, især syd for dyssen, været yderligere mindst 10 dysser, heraf fem langdysser (sognebeskrivelse for Stenløse nr. 62, 66, 68, 69 og 73), mens de øvrige fem (nr. 61, 63, 64, 67 og 72) blot er registreret som dysser. <br /> <br /> Langdyssen ligger på en markant højderyg, der skråner mod syd ned mod [[Værebro Å]]. I et område sydvest for dyssen er der opsamlet så mange flintegenstande, at det antages, at der er tale om en bosættelse (sognebeskrivelse nr. 104), der formentlig er samtidig med områdets dysser.
